Terms of Use

By accessing and using the Supersquad platform, operated by GR Negócios Digitais (CNPJ: 29.691.265/0001-65), you declare that you are aware of, agree to and accept all the conditions described in these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any of the provisions set forth herein, do not use the platform.

Supersquad is a technology platform that enables the creation, configuration, management and deployment of Artificial Intelligence (AI) agents for process automation, customer service and other business purposes. The platform offers, among other features:

• Creation and customization of AI agents;
• Integration with communication channels (WhatsApp, email, etc.);
• Infrastructure for hosting and running the agents, which may use virtual private servers (VPS) from partner providers;
• Monitoring and management tools.

GR Negócios Digitais provides the technology infrastructure, but is not responsible for:

• Replies, information or actions generated by the user's AI agents;
• Direct or indirect damages caused to third parties by the use of the agents;
• Use of the agents for unlawful, defamatory or misleading purposes, or purposes that violate the rights of third parties;
• Commercial, financial or any other decisions made based on the agents' replies;
• Inadequate settings or instructions (prompts) defined by the user.

The user fully assumes the risks and consequences arising from the operation of the agents on their communication channels and systems.

The user is responsible for keeping their access credentials (login and password) confidential and for all activities carried out in their account. The platform is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from the user's negligence in safeguarding their credentials.

The user undertakes to use the platform exclusively for lawful purposes and in compliance with the Brazilian legislation in force, including, but not limited to:

• General Data Protection Law (LGPD - Law No. 13,709/2018);
• Brazilian Civil Rights Framework for the Internet (Marco Civil da Internet - Law No. 12,965/2014);
• Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990).

It is expressly forbidden to use the agents to spread illegal content, spam, phishing, fraud or any activity that violates the rights of third parties.

The Supersquad platform, including its source code, interface, logos, design and features, is the exclusive property of GR Negócios Digitais and its licensors. The content created and entered by the user (prompts, knowledge bases, settings) remains the property of the user.

Under no circumstances will GR Negócios Digitais be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from the use of the platform or of the agents created by users. The company's total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user for the service in the last 12 months.

GR Negócios Digitais reserves the right to suspend or terminate the user's access to the platform at any time if it identifies a violation of these Terms of Use, without prior notice and without any right to compensation.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of the District of Florianópolis/SC are chosen to settle any disputes arising from this document.
